SIGAL UNIQA Group Austria is not only the biggest Insurance company in Albania which owns the highest share in the Albanian insurance market but is also the Best Insurance company in Albania. Since 2002 Finance Central Europe which examines developments of the financial markets of Central and Eastern Europe, has continually awarded SIGAL UNIQA Group AUSTRIA as the Best Insurance Company in Albania respectively: investment efficiency of premium volume, Gross Profit, Return on Assets, Force and Strength of Capital Assets.
BUSINESS INITIATIVE DIRECTIONS (B.I.D)
B.I.D has awarded SIGAL UNIQA with the 'International Gold Star for Quality ". The award was conferred to SIGAL UNIQA Group after a detailed analysis of B.I.D to the Albanian insurance market and the performance of each of the companies operating in this market. SIGAL UNIQA was awarded among other indicators, for the quality customer service, leadership, innovation and prestige. The award was handled to the CEO of SIGAL UNIQA , Mr. Avni Ponari during the Quality Convention in Geneva from the B.I.D President Mr. Jose E. Prieto. The price represents the respect given to the community SIGAL UNIQA operates and public hearing of customer's requirements, the company's sustainable development and competitive rates.

As last year SIGAL UNIQA was ranked again among the Best Insurance Companies in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. S.E.E News analyzes the performance of businesses, including banks and insurance companies operating in this region and on this basis, it publishes a list of companies with the best indicators. The companies with better performance are those Slovenian, headed by Zavarovalnica Triglav.
SIGAL UNIQA is the only insurance company in Albania which was included in the list of companies with the best performance.
