THE ALBANIAN-AMERICAN ENTERPRISE FUND ( A.A.E.F)
The Albanian-American Enterprise Fund acquired 13.3% of SIGAL’s shares in October 2003 by becoming the first foreign investor entering the Albanian insurance market. 

The Albanian-American Enterprise Fund is a not-for-profit, US corporation established pursuant to the Support for East European Democracy Act of 1989. The AAEF’s primary purpose is to promote business development by investing in a large range of enterprises by providing  guidance and advice on management issues.

UNIQA Group AUSTRIA
UNIQA Group AUSTRIA is the biggest shareholder of SIGAL UNIQA and owns 68.7% of Group’s shares. 

UNIQA Group AUSTRIA signed the collaboration agreement with SIGAL in March 2007 for the acquiring 45.64% of Company’s shares. Given the success of this collaboration, UNIQA acquired additional 23% shares on the Group in November 2009 by reinforcing the partnership.
