SIGAL Life jsc was established on September 2004 and was autorized by the Financial Supervisory Activity to operate in the life insurance market.
Since 2008, the Company was rebranded as SIGAL Life UNIQA Group AUSTRIA and offers a wide range of life insurance products. SIGAL Life UNIQA leads the Albanian life insurance market by owning more than 50% of shares. In close collaboration with UNIQA Group AUSTRIA, SIGAL Life UNIQA has drafted and implemented inovative life insurance products whtough banks and has also launched endowment insurances.
Since March 2011, part of SIGAL Life UNIQA is the Private Pension Fund SIGAL Life UNIQA Group AUSTRIA that operates in the suplementary private pension market by leading it by the number of insurance contracts.
